Our Story
North Texas natives, Drew and Sarah Jones, discovered their passion for Fort Worth’s historic charm in 2015. Shortly after planting their roots, they began investing in revitalizing properties throughout Fairmount, Near Southside, and the Stockyards. This dream evolved into Near Southside Properties, a management company dedicated to preserving the beauty of historic spaces while creating extraordinary living experiences.
Carrying forward this vision is childhood friend Angel Mikeska, Director of Operations, and her husband, Jared, who manage tenant relationships and daily operations with the same personal touch that has defined Near Southside Properties since day one. Together, the team has cultivated one of the largest locally owned property portfolios in the area, now spanning 16 properties and over 212 units.
